The 6,000 sqm, 25-obstacle permanent facility attracted hundreds of participants from all fitness and training backgrounds across all ages on its opening day last November 13, 2022.

Obstacle course racing (OCR) is taking the country by storm and Robinsons Land’s Bridgetowne Destination Estate, together with the Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation (POSF), partnered to bring the world’s biggest facility of its kind for the first time in the Philippines.

“The Bridgetowne Obstacle Park is a testament to POSF’s mission of bringing OCR everywhere and for everyone’s enjoyment,” said Atty. Alberto Agra, POSF and OCR Asia Pacific President.

It was a jam-packed opening day that kicked-off with the ceremonial ribbon-cutting of the world record-breaking park led by RLC and POSF officials and national athletes.

The highlight of the event was the open-to-all Team Relay Competition where 10 teams of 10-12 members each signed-up to experience first the obstacle courses and race for the fastest time for a chance to win a 6-month free access pass and a limited edition Bridgetowne merch shirt.  

Participants competed to conquer the 25 obstacles the fastest namely: Rope Climb, Herc Hoist, Cliff Hanger, Peg Board, Monkey Bars, Tilting Monkey Bars, Gymnast Rings, Ring Twister, Twister, Ape Hanger, A Frame, Z-Wall, Traverse Wall, Crawl, Over-Under-Thru Walls, 6-Foot Wooden Wall, 8-Foot-Wooden Wall, W Balance Beam, Elevated Balance Beam, Spear Throw, Atlas Stones, Sleds, Hurdles (High and Low), Bucket Carry and 25 Sand Bags.

Guests marveled at the prowess of elite ninja players and national OCR athletes as guests were given a treat through a live demo of the world’s biggest obstacle park.

The Newest Fitness Playground Open to All Levels 

Get ready to test your endurance, speed and strength in 25 open-air obstacle courses set amidst the lush greenery and open space of the 1-hectare Bridgetowne Central Park. The obstacle courses were designed for rookies and pros across all age groups. So regardless of your fitness and training background, there is an obstacle that will fit your current fitness level. 

The Bridgetowne Obstacle Park is the perfect stepping stone to newcomers and the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals or to train for your next obstacle course race. Operated by POSF, this initiative is part of the organization’s inclusive Obstacle Sports-for-All-Everywhere advocacy. The park accommodates private training sessions for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced players conducted by certified coaches and national and elite athletes and is open all days of the week with operating hours starting as early at 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (can be extended as needed).

Enjoy the 25 obstacles at your own pace for one whole day with the Bridgetown Obstacle Park Day Pass accessibly priced at P100.00 for individuals 14 years old and below and P200.00 for 15 years old and up. But if you plan to go frequently, the monthly subscription option or the Monthly Pass will give you unlimited access to the facility for one month priced at only P1,500.00 for 14 years old and below and P2,000.00 for 15 years old and up. 

Coach-assisted Private Sessions are also offered for 1-on-1 or groups of up to 3 individuals for only P1,500.00 with P500.00 for every additional pax. Beginners can enjoy this 2-hour of private coaching from certified coaches from our pool of elite and national athletes who will assist and teach the tips and tricks of how to tackle each type of obstacle correctly and safely. Customized and more advanced coaching are also available upon request. 

Aside from being an official venue of exciting OCR events, group classes and national and international competitions, the Bridgetowne Obstacle Park can accommodate team buildings and hold private OCR games and sports events for companies and groups.
