MANILA, Philippines—Rhenz Abando powered Anyang KGC once more against Changwon LG Sakers, 84-67, in the Korean Basketball League at Changwon Gymnasium on Sunday.

Abando finished with 17 points in an efficient 7-for-12 shooting night to go along with seven rebounds, two blocks, one assist and one steal. He also had a stellar showing on Saturday for Anyang.

Omari Spellman also helped Anyang with 15 points and six rebounds.

Justin Gutang, on the other end of the court, had a bad outing as he missed all seven of his shots in 21 minutes of play. He, however, tallied four dimes and three boards in a losing effort.

RJ Abarrientos one-upped SJ Belangel in their latest affair as the Ulsan Hyundai Mobis Phoebus defeated the Daegu KOGA Pegasus, 85-72, at Dongcheon Gymnasium.

Abarrientos outplayed Belangel with eight points, one rebound, one assist and one steal. The Ateneo standout, on the other hand, only had two markers in eight limited playing minutes.

Like Belangel, Ethan Alvano absorbed a loss as Wonju DB Promy succumbed to the Goyang Carrot Jumpers, 82-77, at Goyang Gymnasium.

The former Alab Pilipinas player tallied six to his name to go along with two boards, two dimes and one takeaway on the defensive end.
