Unique cycling races spice up Aboitiz Tour
THREE unique cycling races are in store for participants of the 2nd Aboitiz Power Tour of Subic on July 7 and 8 at the Subic Bay Freeport.
The first race is a 40-kilometer time trial that will begin on Causeway Road with two turnaround points at Subic International Raceway and Argonaut Highway.
Stage 2 will be a 45-minute plus-2 laps criterium for female racers that will be fired off at 2 p.m. Category 4 racers will be flagged off at 3 p.m. followed an hour later by the category 3 entries.
Article continues after this advertisementStage 3 on the second day will be a 90 km road race for women in categories 3 and 4. It will be fired off at 6 a.m. at the Freeport with the riders making the turnaround near the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant.
