KBL: Justin Gutang’s Changwon prevails over SJ Belangel’s Daegu
MANILA, Philippines—Justin Gutang’s Changwon LG Sakers outlasted SJ Belangel and the Daegu KOGAS Pegasus, 108-102, in the Korean Basketball League at Daegu Gymnasium on Wednesday.
Justin Gutang contributed to the LG Sakers’ win with six points, two rebounds, one assist and one steal in just seven minutes of play. He only missed one of his four shots from the field.

The home team relied on Murphy Holloway’s 21-point outing but to no avail. He also snagged nine rebounds in a losing effort.
In just 12 minutes of play, Belangel silently chipped in five markers and three dimes for Daegu.

The KBL will have three more Filipino-import outings on Thursday as RJ Abarrientos’s Ulsan Hyundai Mobis Phoebus takes on Jeonju KCC Egis while Rhenz Abando and league leaders Anyang KGC look to keep their top spot against Ethan Alvano’s Wonju DB Promy.
