MANILA, Philippines—Zach Graham unloaded 51 points as Air21 shot down Powerade, 128-121, Friday night in the 2012 PBA Governors’ Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Graham also grabbed 12 rebounds and dished out six assists for the Express, who held on after squandering a 25-point lead.
Air21, which also got a boost from Renren Ritualo, looked well on its way to an easy win after leading, 85-60, in the third period.
The Tigers though went for one last push and pulled to within five, 116-121, with under a minute left.
Graham though sealed the win with two free throws to break the 50-point plateau.
