Joseph Sedurifa accounted for five points during the stretch to finish with 10 points as J&T took home P100,000.
Lervin Flores had seven points and four rebounds for TNT, which pocketed P50,000, while Almond Vosotros added six. Luis Villegas chipped in four points
Meanwhile, Meralco beat Leg 4 winner Cavitex in the battle for third, 20-17, behind Jeff Manday.
Manday shone with 10 points to spearhead the Bolts’ charge while Ateneo product Pat Maagdenberg helped their cause with five.
Jorey Napoles and Dominick Fajardo combined for 11 points for Cavitex.
