Scottie debuts the new colorway of the ST1

/ 10:53 AM April 03, 2023

The partnership between World Balance and Scottie Thompson has been a perfect fit for the brand as the brand embodies the “Believe we can” attitude that Scottie and the Filipino community epitomize. World Balance continuously delivers its promise to produce quality products that are made for all professional and aspiring athletes.

Over the past year, Scottie has excelled on the court, and World Balance has ensured he looks good doing it. The guard is on the fourth colorway of his signature sneaker line – the ST1. Scottie Thompson’s line in World Balance has been a massive success, as all of the colorways released since the first launch were all gone in just a matter of a few days or even hours when the ST1 Reign was restocked last February.

Today, the perennial All-star, rebound king, 2x PBA Best Player of the Conference,7x champion, and 2x finals MVP will debut the next colorway, “The Shot”.

The colorway is inspired by Thompson’s late game heroics as he drained a three from the left corner on the waning minutes of the fourth quarter, giving the Ginebra their first and only lead that sparked a 9-0 comeback.

Scottie Thompson wore a black/red PE colorway during the semis to gain finals berth in the commissioner’s cup to face the Bay Dragons for the championship.

Scottie’s fans were already anticipating the release of this colorway, “The shot”, as he was seen wearing this for some of his games. Now, the question that his fans have been asking remains to be “Will this be the last colorway for the ST1?”.

The ST1 “The Shot” retails at 3,499 php and will be available online and in selected World Balance stores on April 15, 2023.
