Dwight Ramos struggled but Levanga Hokkaido still made it back-to-back wins over the Gunma Crane Thunders, 92-89, at Hokkai Kitaeru.

Unlike in Saturday’s outing when he ended up with 14 points, Ramos only scored two on an abysmal 1-for-7 clip.

Samson Froling and Sean Long more than made up for Ramos’ offensive woes with 27 points each in the victory.

Kai Sotto and the Hiroshima Dragonflies saw their six-game winning streak snapped by Shimane Susanoo Magic, 100-88, at Hiroshima Sun Plaza.

Despite the loss, Sotto continued his stellar performance with 13 points, five boards and two blocks.

Matthew Wright suffered the same fate on Sunday after the Ryukyu Golden Knights spoiled another impressive outing by the Fil-Canadian sniper with a 93-80 win over Kyoto Hannaryz at Okinawa Arena.

Wright put up 17 points and 12 assists after posting 21 points, six assists and four steals in an 83-77 setback on Saturday.

Carl Tamayo’s minutes remained limited, playing for only 10 minutes for Ryukyu to end up with two points and two rebounds.
