Bradley opts to keep ‘stolen’ Pacquiao crown

Undefeated American Timothy Bradley has chosen to keep the World Boxing Organization welterweight crown he won by a dubious split decision over superstar Manny Pacquiao on June 9.

WBO president Francisco Valcarcel confirmed Bradley’s preference for the 147 lb title even after a panel of five international judges reviewed the title bout last week and declared Pacquiao the unanimous winner. As a result, Juan Manuel Marquez assumes Bradley’s WBO light welter title.
