MANILA, Philippines—Rhenz Abando’s stellar showing was put to waste as Anyang KGC failed to take a commanding 3-1 series lead in the Korean Basketball League Finals after a 100-91 loss to the Seoul SK Knights in Game 4 on Monday at Jamsil Students’ Gymnasium.

Abando finished with a team-high 22 points to go along with five rebounds, three blocks and a steal but Seoul ruined his performance and knotted the best-of-seven series at 2-2.

The 25-year-old swingman shot a blistering 62 percent to carry much of the offensive load for Anyang with Omari Spellman having an off night.

Spellman, the former NBA veteran, only had nine points and three assists for Anyang.

Jameel Warney dominated Spellman in their matchup, notching 28 points and 17 rebounds for the SK Knights.

Kim Sun-Hyung also posted a double-double for Seoul with 23 points and 10 assists.

The pivotal Game 5 is on Wednesday at the same venue.
