Three-time defending champion Manila got a new lease on life after overhauling Dumaguete’s twice-to-beat edge last Sunday (6-1) and will try to go all the way in their match today at 1 p.m.

The Sharks’ team manager Joehl Palanog said his charges have an ax to grind against the Unibikers who, three years ago, made the finals of Series 4 by overturning Manila’s twice-to-beat advantage.
In the 9 a.m. match, two-time champion Cebu hopes to recover lost ground when it takes on Alabang anew.
