Llover and Pagaling dispute the vacant Philippine Youth bantamweight crown.

“Once again, here we are holding another show to give chance to the young fighters who dream of making it big someday,” said Manny Pacquiao.

The 20-year-old Llover headlined a Blow-by-Blow event last January when he beat Benny Canete via unanimous decision in Mandaluyong City.

Both Llover and Pagaling are coming off impressive victories.

Llover, just three months ago, scored a fifth-round TKO over Ramel Antaran while Pagaling knocked out Macrea Gandionco in the second round last December.

The clash between Llover and Pagaling is one of 14 bouts on tap.
