MANILA, Philippines — Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is set to implement “intermittent stops” along several thoroughfares in Metro Manila to give way to Fiba (International Basketball Federation) World Cup 2023.

According to MMDA’s traffic advisory, intermittent stops mean motorists will be stopped and pointed to other routes to make way for the convoy of Fiba delegates and players.
