INQUIRER.net 2012 Olympics site now up

Starting today, Tuesday, July 17, readers may now view INQUIRER.net’s special site on the 2012 London Olympics.

In addition to news, the site also features the history of the Olympics, many of the winning athletes who gained fame in the Olympics like Nadia Comaneci and Muhammad Ali, the track record of the Philippines in the previous Olympics and the Filipino athletes who have carved a name in their respective sports, as well as the sporting events included in the 2012 Olympics and how the games are played.

The site will also have videos and photos on the summer sports spectacle through INQUIRER.net’s media partner Agence France Presse. It will also keep readers posted on the latest results and the medal tally once the games begin.

A team of editors and writers from the Philippine Daily Inquirer will also bring breaking news, analyses, and features on the Filipino athletes participating in the 2012 Olympics.
