PBA: LA Tenorio goes back to training with Ginebra
MANILA, Philippines—Ginebra guard LA Tenorio is back in training for the Gin Kings after months of recovering from his life-threatening sickness.
Tenorio, who won his battle against colon cancer not too long ago, has been posting snippets of him taking the hardwood anew after months of chemotherapy.
Most recently, Tenorio posted a story of him on Instagram doing some dribbling drills.

“Back to basics,” wrote the sticker in his story.
In September, the PBA’s Iron Man was officially declared cancer-free and was given the green light to participate in team practices.
Tenorio was also heavily active in helping Gilas Pilipinas from the sidelines as the Filipinos won the gold medal in the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.
Come the PBA season, Tenorio will share the role of floor general alongside newly-acquired guard Maverick Ahanmisi.
