Scottie Thompson, wife announce baby number two

MANILA, Philippines—PBA star Scottie Thompson and his wife Jinky have baby number two on the way.

The couple announced they are expecting another baby on their Instagram accounts on Saturday during their vacation in Japan.

“Back to back blessing! kuya na si @asterthompson_ namin  (Our Aster will now be a big brother) Thank you Lord for Your overflowing grace!,” wrote the Barangay Ginebra guard.

It’s another blessing for the Thompsons after the reigning PBA MVP recently won the gold medal in the Asian Games as part of Gilas Pilipinas.

His Ginebra teammate Christian Standhardinger and former PBA guard Sol Mercado were among those who sent congratulatory messages.

“Congrats brother!!!” wrote Mercado, who was teammates with Thompson for four years at Ginebra.

“Happy I can talk about it now ,” said Standhardinger.

Thompson also said in the post that Jinkee is already three months pregnant.

The two welcomed their firstborn, Scot Alystair Thompson five months ago.
