Muntinlupa batters all set for LL World Series
The Muntinlupa Little League (MLL) vows to put up a strong fight when it represents the Philippines in the World Series starting July 24 in Easley, South Carolina in the United States.
Bannered by several members of the national junior team, the MLL will go up against five foreign teams, while six other American squads clash in the other group. The top teams in each group will fight for the World Series crown.
“It’s a tall order but the boys are ready and raring to make history for Philippine baseball,” said team manager Felipe Remollo.

Completing the squad are Miguel Salud, Francisco Hashi-moto, Paco Tantuico, Tsuyoshi Horibata and reliables Bong Liguayan, Justin Mathay, Johnny Altamonte, Quito Castro, Tuwi Park, Alfie Turaray, Ado Inigo and Johndel Tolosa. Jasmine W. Payo
