PBA: LA Tenorio returns, Ginebra routs Terrafirma
MANILA, Philippines–Barangay Ginebra on Sunday night pulled out the stops and hit the necessary shots to roll past Terrafirma, 110-99, in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup at Philsports Arena in Pasig City.
The defending champions got the goods from Tony Bishop Jr. who finished with 26 points and 11 points, and Christian Standhardinger who chipped in a double-double of his own 24 and 10, ultimately hiking their record to 4-1 while also gifting skipper LA Tenorio a triumph on his return from a bout with colon cancer.

Japeth Aguilar finished with 19 points and seven rebounds Jamie Malonzo pumped in 14 and six as Ginebra continued to roll even without former Most Valuable Player Scottie Thompson.
Thompson is currently nursing a leg problem and is day-to-day, according to head coach Tim Cone.
Javi Gomez de Liaño paced Dyip with 22 points, while import Thomas de Thaey added 18 more to go with 14 rebounds. Juami Tiongson and Isaac Go both finished with at least 10 points in the losing stand that had the club dropping to 2-3.
