“There are offers,” Remogat, who averaged 85.93 statistical points, told the Inquirer in Filipino. “But team management and I are working on what’s best for me.”

Remogat didn’t name the rival schools, but those offers obviously could become negotiating chips for the prolific guard as he talks to UE management.

After averaging 16.5 points, 7.8 assists and 6.3 rebounds that also went with two steals, Remogat easily made it to an elite group that includes Most Valuable Player Kevin Quiambao and Evan Nelle of La Salle, L-Jay Gonzales of Far Eastern and Malick Diouf of University of the Philippines.

The Red Warriors finished sixth in the eliminations to miss the Final Four yet again. But things are looking rosy for UE with a core led by Remogat, who vowed to do much of the same next season using the hard work that got him here.He also said that, if it would be up to him, he’d want to end his collegiate career at UE.

“If it’s up to me, I’d like to stay at UE,” Remogat said before stating his reasons. “I’m thankful to the community and the support I’m getting here. I started here and I was molded here.”

Remogat obviously would want to see the Warriors get to the playoffs and even win a championship. The team has, after all, shown vast improvement under Jack Santiago and went 4-10 for the season.
