Adidas run slated Sept. 30
The Philippines will be the fourth stop of the adidas King of the Road Southeast Asia series before the five-nation race culminates in a championship run in Singapore in October.
The Philippine leg is slated Sept. 30 at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig after races in Thailand on Sunday, Malaysia on Sept. 9 and Indonesia on Sept. 16. Singapore will hold the final race on Oct. 28 at Gardens by the Bay.

Runners from all countries can compete and take home prizes in the 16.8K Open category but only the winners in the 16.8K Closed division, which is strictly for Filipinos, are eligible to represent the Philippines in the Singapore finals.

The King and Queen of the Road in the Closed and Open divisions will take home P35,000 each.
Online registration started and is ongoing until Sept. 15 at adidaskingoftheroad.com/ph. adidas stores in SM Megamall, Rockwell, SM Mall of Asia, Trinoma and Greenbelt will accept entries until Sept. 23 from 12 noon to 8 p.m. The 16.8K run will cost P1,300 per runner.
