MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine Patriots tapped American imports Anthony Johnson and Donald Little to boost their title defense bid in the Air Asia Asean Basketball League starting next month.   Johnson suited up as a Sta. Lucia reinforcement in the last PBA season, while the 6-foot-11 Little had stints in France, Russia, Turkey, Mexico and Korea.   The Patriots, mentored by Louie Alas, are also beefing up their lineup with ex-pros, including hulking center Alex Crisano and guard Egay Billones.   “We have seen how good Johnson is, but we hope Little will live up to his resumé,” said team owner Mikee Romero. “We need a tall and agile center, so hopefully Little will be up to the task ahead.”   The Patriots open their campaign in the six-nation tournament with a home game against the Brunei Barracudas on Oct. 3 at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
