MANILA, Philippines – The PBA Office of the Commissioner has upgraded B-Meg’s Marc Pingris Flagrant Foul Penalty 1 on Ryan Arana to a Flagrant 2 Tuesday.

Pingris was also given a P20,000 fine.

Fortunately for the Llamados, Pingris won’t be suspended for shoving Ryan Arana’s face during the fourth quarter of Game 4.

Arana, whose lips bled after taking the hit, was also slapped with a P1,000 fine for second motion.

“I’m very surprised (that Pingris was just given a Flagrant Foul 1). They should just apply the rules,” Guiao said last Sunday after his team’s 94-89 Game 4 win.

Game 5 is set Wednesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum with ROS looking to clinch the franchise’s first ever PBA title at 6:45pm.
