BACOLOD CITY — Team Greats pulled out the necessary stops on Saturday night to beat Team Stalwarts, 142-133, in the PBA All-Star weekend’s Blitz Game featuring the league’s rookie, sophomore and junior players.

BACOLOD CITY—TNT’s Calvin Oftana became the new winner of the PBA three-point shootout after foiling the bid of Magnolia’s Paul Lee to retain his title Saturday here.

Oftana hit 25 points during the championship round to beat out Lee and Meralco’s Chris Newsome and claim the top purse of P30,000 at University of St. La Salle Coliseum.

Lee finished with 20 points while Newsome had 15. FULL STORY

BACOLOD CITY—NorthPort’s JM Calma became the new champion of the Obstacle Challenge that kicked off the PBA All-Star Weekend Saturday here.

BACOLOD CITY — Marcio Lassiter is easily one of the Philippine Basketball Association’s finest shooters right now, but a PBA All-Star 3-Point Shootout crown remains elusive for the San Miguel marksman.
