MANILA, Philippines—In last year’s Wrestlemania, Roman Reigns successfully defended the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a huge match with Cody Rhodes in the main event.

On Monday (Manila time) at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Rhodes has a chance to “finish the story” as he headlines Wrestlemania 40: Night 2 with Reigns once more for another shot at the biggest prize in the WWE.

After winning the 2024 Royal Rumble and going through several twists and turns with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Rhodes selected a rematch with Reigns as his reward for winning the 30-man turmoil in January.

But Monday won’t be Rhodes’ or Reigns’ first match for the company’s biggest wrestling event of the year.

A day before their clash in Night 2, both fighters will compete in a tag team match to determine the rules for their much-awaited rematch.

Reigns will team up with The Rock to take on Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin’” Rollins to determine the repercussions for their second straight Wrestlemania clash.

Should Reigns and Rock win on Sunday, Night 2’s main event will be determined under “Bloodline rules”–where anything goes. However, should the win go to Rhodes and Rollins, the rematch between the former and “the Tribal Chief” will be without any outside interference.

Rollins, meanwhile, will also compete in his second match of the event as he defends his title against former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.

McIntyre won a six-man elimination chamber match last month in Australia to earn the right to face Rollins for the world championship in the “Grandest Stage of Them All.”

Night 2 will also see the women’s winner of this year’s Royal Rumble in action as Bayley takes on defending WWE Women’s Champion Iyo Sky.

Bayley, who created the stable “Damage CTRL,” was blindsided by Sky after she won the Rumble three months ago, forcing the former’s hand to challenge the latter for a story-filled match with a championship on the line.

There will also be a star-studded triple-threat match for the United States Championship.

Defending champion and Youtube sensation Logan Paul will take on 14-time WWE Champion Randy Orton and Wrestlemania 38 and 39 headliner Kevin Owens in a promising bout.

Two big-time names will clash between AJ Styles and LA Knight in a feud-fueled match.

Both men have shared the ring outside the WWE before their stints in the professional league as they spent some time in Total Nonstop Action (TNA). Now, they get to share the stage once more, this time in the WWE.

Adding up to Monday’s card is a six-man tag match between the teams of Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) and former NXT champion Karrion Kross and former NXT tag champs Authors of Pain (Akam and Rezar).
