Marcio Lassiter has dream scenario on breaking PBA 3-point record
MANILA, Philippines—It might take a few more games but Marcio Lassiter can leapfrog to the top of the list of the PBA’s all-time leader in three-pointers made.
And the San Miguel shooter has an ideal scenario on when he wants that to happen.

“That’d be cool, to capture it in the Finals but I know that’s a long way [to go].”Currently, Lassiter is fourth on the list of players with the most made three-pointers with 1,216, just two shy of Ginebra guard LA Tenorio’s 1,218.

After Friday, Lassiter also moved closer to Allan Caidic and record holder Jimmy Alapag, who have 1,242 and 1,250 triples, respectively.
Though, that scenario isn’t the top priority for Lassiter.
“The way this series is going, it’s going to be a long one. [This game was] very close and neck-and neck the whole game.”
“They’re a young team so we just have to really come out, keep playing our brand and limit their easy shots and our turnovers. I see this series is going to be a long one.”
