MANILA, Philippines—Strong Group Athletics remained unblemished in the 43rd William Jones Cup on Monday.
SGA turned back Ukraine, 82-74, for its third consecutive victory at Xinzhuang Gymnasium in Taiwan.
After leading by just two in the intermission, 43-41, SGA took control of the game after limiting the Ukrainians to only 11 points in the third quarter.

Chris McCullough led the way for Strong Group anew with a game-high 28 points.
Jordan Heading helped SGA’s cause big time with 24 points built on four 3-pointers.
Strong Group also drew brilliant playmaking from Kiefer Ravena, who notched 10 points and nine assists.
Anatoliy Shundel’s 17-point outing was all for naught while Rostyslav Novitskyi added 12 for Ukraine.
SGA aims to stretch its streak to four when it takes on Malaysia on Wednesday at the same venue.
