Injury ends John Cabang’s campaign at Paris Olympics hurdles
MANILA, Philippines—John Cabang withdrew from the men’s 110m hurdles repechage round in the Paris Olympics 2024 on Tuesday due to an injury.
Cabang announced his decision to conclude his Olympic campaign in an Instagram story just minutes before the race.

The 22-year-old Cabang, however, did not specify the injury.
The Filipino hurdler failed to secure an outright spot in the semifinal after finishing sixth in the heats at 13.66 seconds. Only the top three finishers earned automatic tickets to the semis.
