Juami Tiongson and Kemark Cariño missed the contest for Terrafirma as both nursed varying ailments, ultimately dooming the club to its fourth loss in as many games.
Magnolia led by as many as 38 in the rout that put the club back on winning track following a close 88-82 loss to TNT last Thursday.
The Hotshots hope to get a streak going against a NorthPort side that’s catching fire in a match set Sept. 4.
Terrafirma, meanwhile, hopes to finally break through against the Group A leader TNT on Sept. 5.
