MANILA, Philippines–Barangay Ginebra made Blackwater pay dearly on Tuesday night, whipping the streaking Bossing, 112-98, in the PBA Governors’ Cup.

Scottie Thompson, the former league Most Valuable Player, looked like he had finally rediscovered his do-it-all form, finishing with a triple-double of 21 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists before a partisan crowd at Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Resident import Justin Brownlee fired 20 points, while RJ Abarrientos chipped in 15 for the crowd darlings who improved to 3-2 in Group B play.
