UAAP Cheerdance Competition scheduled for December 1
MANILA, Philippines — The UAAP Cheerdance Competition 2024 is set for December 1 at Mall of Asia Arena with the Far Eastern University Cheering Squad eyeing a golden repeat.
The league on Friday announced the schedule of the midseason extravaganza but the order of performance is yet to be determined as the eight schools will have a drawing of lots in a press conference.

The National University Pep Squad is seeking to reclaim its throne after settling for runner-up last season, while the University of Santo Tomas Salinggawi Dance Troupe hopes to get over the hump after back-to-back third-place finishes in the past two years.
Article continues after this advertisement“The UAAP CDC for this season promises bigger, better, and more spectacular performances from all eight schools as they prepare stronger, better, and together for one of the league’s biggest events,” said Rod Roque, the tournament director and University of the East’s representative to the UAAP Board of Managing Directors.
The Adamson University Pep Squad is eyeing to return to the podium after ruling the 2017 edition and settling for bronze in the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
The University of the Philippines Varsity Pep Squad, University of the East Pep Squad, De La Salle University Animo Squad, and Ateneo de Manila University Blue Eagles brace with their new routines, hoping to make it to the top of this year’s competition.
