TAI ZULBERTI and Eduardo “EJ” Coseteng unveiled impressive performances to top their respective divisions in the recent Enchanted Kingdom leg of the 2012 Coca-Cola Karting Super Series at EK Kart Track in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Tai Zulberti swept the qualifying, Pre-Final and Final Races to emerge Formula Cadet Expert champion while Coseteng bagged the Formula Cadet Novice crown.
Zulberti also wrested the top spot in the race for the series crown with 377 points, 28 points ahead of erstwhile leader Dylan Arambulo (349).
Despite the challenging 750-meter EK track and neck-and-neck battles with Arambulo, Zulberti kept his composure throughout the 16-lap Final race which he completed in nine minutes and 50.528 seconds, or 2.849 seconds ahead of Arambulo.
AT Tuason settled for third place.
Coseteng, son of champion rider Jody, copped his second straight triumph after the Asian Karting Open race.
