Lascuña works on low drives for Match Play
Antonio Lascuña is hard at work, trying to perfect a low-flight drive he thinks will come in handy for the P2 million ICTSI The Country Club Match Play Invitational, which unwraps on Nov. 26 at the challenging TCC layout in Laguna.
Qualifying for the event as the top seed after winning a fourth Order of Merit title at the age of 54, Lascuña believes that flying the ball low over the wind-swept course is his biggest chance in beating the younger, stronger players in the 32-man field.

Angelo Que is the No. 2 seed, and unlike Lascuña, the multi-leg winner in the Asian Tour is as long as anyone on the course.
Lascuña won The Country Club Invitational to start the year, doing it at the expense of Miguel Tabuena. He is looking for a performance like that in order to go deep next week.
