Eala, who achieved her highest WTA ranking at 143 last July, said she’s excited to face 2025 with “so many goals.”

“I really love competing, I love being on the court, solving problems and facing the challenges. At the end of the day, you feel like you didn’t compete enough if you didn’t do those 10-11 months of work.”

“Just like every other job, it gives you a purpose and a goal to work towards. I have so many goals for next year so I’m more excited than anything.”
