MANILA, Philippines—The Seoul Samsung Thunders spoiled Carl Tamayo’s career night for the Changwon LG Sakers in Korean Basketball League (KBL) action on Thursday at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium.

Despite Tamayo’s stellar night, the LG Sakers faltered to the Thunders, 92-88, to drop to a 14-13 card.

The University of the Philippines product stuffed the stat sheet with a career-high 37 points alongside seven rebounds and three assists.

The Gilas Pilipinas member’s, though, went down the drain as Changwon couldn’t follow up on its win over the Goyang Sono Skygunners on Sunday.
