Gilas Women’s 3×3 victorious in first day of Singapore tilt

MANILA, Philippines—Two games in one day posed no problems for the Gilas Pilipinas Women’s 3×3 team as it swept Day 1 of the Jumpshot 3×3 Raise The Game Season 2 in Singapore.

The quartet of Mika Cacho, Camille Clarin, Jhazmin Joson and Kaye Pingol went two-for-two at Marina Square on Saturday.

The Gilas 3×3 squad opened its day convincingly defeating home bets, J3 women’s,  21-6, then Tokyo Dime, 21-16, in the nightcap.

The Nationals look to make it three straight wins tomorrow afternoon when they face Garuda Putri.

The 3×3 squad is coming off a respectable outing in the Manila Hustle 3×3 Season 3 a few days back.
