LGBA derby leg at Pasay today
THE THIRD leg of the Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) 5-Stag Derby series unfolds today at Pasay City Cockpit with more than 100 fights programmed.
The LGBA Breeder of the Year will be declared after the fourth leg on Oct. 1, according to LGBA president Boyet Plaza.
Jessie Perez of Pangasinan leads the race with 8.5 points, followed by Biboy Enriquez, Tito Silva, Eric dela Rosa and Beng Joson with 8 each.
Partners Romy Apostol and Ren Castro and Gov. Jayjay Suarez have identical 7.5 points.
The Jade Resort 6-Stag Derby unfolds Friday.
