Adamson still undefeated in 2012 Sandugo Unigames men’s basketball
MANILA, Philippines — Adamson asserted its might over University of St. La Salle 100-63 to remain undefeated Thursday in the 2012 Sandugo Unigames men’s basketball in Bacolod City.
The Falcons, who brought their core to the annual tournament which drew 40 schools this year, continued their exceptional showing in four games.
Adamson, which failed to reach the final four in the UAAP, edged finalist University of Santo Tomas, which also brought its key players 86-81 Wednesday.
Article continues after this advertisementUniversity of the East, meanwhile, trumped University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos 82-68 while Polytechnic University of the Philippines crushed University of Northern Philippines 97-72.
Other provincial schools also triumphed over respective foes in the scheduled morning games in men’s basketball, which quarterfinals starts tomorrow.
John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University starred in the 95-77 trouncing of Ateneo de Davao University, while Hercor College repulsed Holy Cross of Davao College 95-84.
