FLYNN Jackes carried the fight for the TRS-Castrol Racing Kids Team as he staged a big comeback in the final race to rule the Mini-ROK Cup at Clark International Speedway recently.

The 9-year-old Fil-Australian, who started last in the final race completed nine laps in 10 minutes and 29.445 seconds.

It should have been a sweep as Jackes topped the time trials, clocking 1:10.169, and prevailed in the qualifying heat by 0.129 of a second.  But a spin-out on the first lap of the Pre-Final heat put him last in the Finals.
