MANILA, Philippines—Calvin Abueva and Ronald Pascual led a second half surge for San Sebastian as the Stags cruised to an 87-60 win over University Perpetual of Help in the NCAA Season 87 Monday at the Arena in San Juan.
Abueva and Pascual combined for 60 points, 38 in the last two quarters to break away from a close 35-31 halftime lead.
The Stags notched their third win in as many games.
The burly Abueva muscled his way to 31 points, 15 rebounds and seven assists while the flashy Pascual fired 29 points.
The Altas reeled to their fourth straight loss.
Joel Jolangcob paced Perpetual Help with 13 points.
