Pinoy MMA fighters headline PXC 34 on AKTV
TOP Filipino MMA fighters will take centerstage at PXC 34 on Nov. 17 at Smart Araneta Coliseum. The fights will be aired on AKTV on IBC 13 on the same day starting at 8:30 p.m.
Erwin Tagle marks his return to the sport, competing against current PXC flyweight champion Ale Cali. In the co-main event of the night, veteran Harris Sarmiento takes on undefeated mark Striegl in the featherweight match. Jerome Wanawan will take on knockout specialist Euegen Toquero. Balls Channel airs St. Pierre-Condit UFC clash
CANADA, the mecca of Mixed Martial Arts, will host the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) mega-welterweight title clash between Montreal’s own Georges St-Pierre and USA’s Carlos Condit in UFC 154.
After being out of the cage for 19 months, St-Pierre aims to unify his UFC Welterweight title with the interim belt Condit claimed during his absence. Co-headlining UFC 154 is a possible No. 1 contender’s bout between Martin Kampmann and Johny Hendricks. Watch the fight on Balls Channel (SkyCable ch. 34) tomorrow at 11:30 a.m.
