Judge Leo Saddul Reyes, who was a sportswriter with the Philippine News Agency before he became a lawyer, passed away on Thursday in Tuguegarao City. He was 60.
He is survived by wife Luz, children Nonoy and Norlizah, Lut, Lia and Lee; grandchildren Nicole, Noelle, Lloyd, Lorraine, Leo Choate and Liz.
When he passed the bar, Leo went back to Tuguegarao to practice law. He started in the judiciary as a prosecutor and rose to become a judge.
His remains lie in state at Infinity Memorial Homes, Ugac Highway, Tuguegarao City. A funeral mass will be held at 8 a.m. on Dec. 5, at the St. Peter’s Cathedral. Interment will be at the Sanctuary of Peace.
