Peñalosa, Sanchez win in undercard bouts

MANILA, Philippines – Dodie Boy Peñalosa Jr. scored a knockout in the second round to keep the Filipinos in the undercard of the Pacquiao-Marquez 4 undefeated Sunday (Manila time).

Peñalosa, son of former world champion, connected with a solid right hook to knockout Mexican Jesus Lule Raya. He remains unbeaten (10-0, 10 KOs).

Meanwhile, another Filipino boxer Ernie Sanchez defeated United States’ Coy Evans via unanimous decision in the preliminary bout.

The judges scored 78-73, 78-73, 77-74, all in favor of the Zamboanga Del Sur native.
