ORLANDO, Florida—Eric Bledsoe had 27 points, six rebounds and six steals as the short-manned Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Orlando Magic 86-76 on Wednesday.
DeAndre Jordan added 13 points and 14 rebounds for the Clippers, who snapped a three-game National Basketball Association losing streak.
Los Angeles were forced to use their reserves due to injuries to Blake Griffin and Chris Paul.
Griffin missed his second consecutive contest with a strained left hamstring and Paul sat out his ninth straight game with a bruised right kneecap.
“Once we get the whole team back, hopefully after the all-star break, we can mesh and get ourselves ready for the post-season,” said Clippers forward Grant Hill.
Jameer Nelson led Orlando with 18 points and five rebounds, while Nikola Vucevic finished with 15 points and 14 rebounds for the Magic, who lost their 11th straight game. Orlando have just two wins and 22 defeats since December 21.
“It’s tough for us right now,” Nelson said. “It’s something that we have to stick together through and get out of together.”
