Bulldogs, Lady Archers win game one of UAAP volley finals

MANILA, Philippines – The De La Salle Lady Archers and the National University Bulldogs won the first game of their respective volleyball finals matches in similar fashion at the UAAP 75 Saturday.

Coming from two sets down, the Bulldogs beat favored Far Eastern University Tamaraws in the men’s division, 16-25, 18-25, 25-13, 25-17, 15-8, while the Lady Archers recovered just in time to shoot down the Lady Eagles in the women’s group, 20-25, 17-25, 25-22, 25-22, 15-6, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
