Global dumps Pachanga for solo UFL lead
Global continued its ruthless form, dumping Pachanga Diliman, 4-0, to solidify its hold of top spot even as Loyola Meralco and Kaya fought to a pulsating 1-1 draw Tuesday night in the United Football League at Emperador Stadium in Taguig.

Izzo El-Habbib scored two goals, while Jeff Christiaens and Ange Tressor Guisso were on target as Global jacked up its tally to a spotless 15 points from five matches—a run highlighted by 15 goals in the last three matches.

Desperate to get points to put their season on track, Kaya had newcomer Sean Iliff to thank for as the American rose highest to head home an Antonio Ugarte free kick three minutes from time for the equalizer.
“I think in the balance of play, we could have gotten more than just a draw because we created more chances in the second half,” said Kaya midfielder Chris Greatwich.
