MANILA, Philippines — Smart Gilas Pilipinas head coach Chot Reyes thinks the PBA best import award should be named after Bobby Parks Sr., who died Saturday afternoon due to complications from throat cancer.
Reyes spoke about the idea of honoring the 51-year-old Parks on Twitter.

“In my response to twitter clamor, My text to Com alud: ‘Maybe d PBA can name d Best Import Award as d Bobby Parks Trophy,” Reyes (@coachot) posted on his Twitter account.
Parks was named best import seven times.
