Viloria, Estrada make weight for flyweight clash
MANILA, Philippines – Reigning WBO and WBA flyweight king Brian Viloria and Mexican challenger Juan Francisco Estrada made weight Friday afternoon for their upcoming championship bout on Saturday at the Cotai Arena in The Venetian resort and casino complex in Macau.
Viloria (32-3, 19KOs) tipped the scales at 111.2 lbs while Estrada (22-2, 17KOs) weighed in at exactly 112 pounds.
Article continues after this advertisementThree other unbeaten Filipinos Dodie Boy Jr. and David Penalosa and Milan Melindo will strut their stuff in the card headlined by China’s Zou Shiming, a two-time Olympic gold medalist and three-time World Amateur champion making his professional debut against Mexico’s Eleazar Valenzuela.
ALA Promotions’ Melindo, unbeaten in 28 fights with 11 knockouts tangles with Indonesia’s Tommy Seran (18-1, 9KOs) also in the flyweight division.
David (5-0, 3KOs) takes on Thai super bantamweight Cheroenchai Sithsaithong while Dodie Boy Jr., who has won all of his 10 bouts via knockout wages war with Thai featherweight Nimithra Sithsaithong (4-4, 3KOs).

Estrada, on the other hand, is looking to redeem himself after losing at the hands of unbeaten Roman Gonzalez in a close decision the last time out.
