SHANGHAI—Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso won an incident-packed Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai on Sunday, well ahead of the Lotus of Kimi Raikkonen and Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton.
The reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel came home fourth after adopting a different tyre strategy, while his Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber failed to finish.
