V-League: San Sebastian nails first win behind Bualee
MANILA, Philippines — Veteran Thai import Jeng Bualee racked up a game-high 25 points to lead San Sebastian over Letran, 25-17, 23-25, 25-23, 25-23, Tuesday in the Shakey’s V-League Season 10 First Conference at the FilOil Flying V Arena in San Juan.
Bualee also got help from Suzanne Roces and Jolina Labiano, who scored 19 and 18 points, respectively.
“It’s our first time to win. I’m happy because we lost two games already,” said Bualee. “Mahirap na for me because our setter (Trisha Crisostomo) is still young.”
