The PBA board of governors has approved ABC network’s initiative to telecast the best-of-five Commissioner’s Cup Finals on Channel 5.
The governors, led by chair Robert Non of the San Miguel group, and team owners said the stronger, clearer and more widespread signal of Channel 5 will be consistent with the league’s thrust to reach out to the league’s fans nationwide.
